The Orange and Spice Infusion uses a Blood Orange base complemented by Cinnamon, Clove and Nutmeg spices.

The inspiration for this combination came from the flavourings used to cook our Christmas ham.

Use when cooking poultry (especially duck), pork products such as ham steaks and baked ham, in your baking (particularly if flavoured with chocolate) and on more complex salads.
